How do I find out more information about the products on your shopping cart
To find out more about any of the products on our shopping cart, including price, weight and ingredient information, please click on the name of the product you are interested in. This will take you to the relevant product page which contains all this type of information.
How do I go about buying some of your products online?
If you would like to purchase some of our products online please browse through the product categories on the left hand menu bar. Once you have selected a category it will then provide you with an alphabetical list of all the products that fit within that category. This will be displayed over one or a number of pages depending on the category selected.
Once you have seen a product you are interested in, click on the "Buy Online" button next to it. Alternatively if you have chosen to click on the product name you will need to press the "Add to Cart" button on the subsequent product page. This will automatically place that item into your Shopping Cart ready for purchase.
How do I buy more than one of the same item?
If you would like to purchase more than one of the same item, having pressed "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" and been taken to the "What"s in my Cart" page, simply type in the number of items you would like in the "Qty Box" and then press "Update". This will automatically register in our system how many bars or packs of that product you require.
What do I do once I have selected all the products I would like to buy?
Once you have selected all the products you would like to buy please click the "Check Out" button. This will take you to the "Welcome, Please Sign In" page.
If you are a previous online customer you can log in to your account by typing in your email address and password in the "Returning Customer" section. If you can?t remember your password click on the "Password Forgotten" button and enter your email address. You will then be sent an email message that will contain a new password. Once you have retrieved this email and logged in to your account you will be able to change the password by clicking on the "My Account" and "My Account Password" Link.
If you are a new customer you will need to create an account for yourself by clicking on the "Continue" button and completing the "My Account Information" form. Once you have done this you will need to click on the "Continue" button to submit the form.
Having clicked on "Checkout" what do I do next?
Once you have clicked on the "Checkout" link you will be taken to the "Delivery Information" page where you can chose whether to have the order sent to you via Australia Express/Registered Post or to collect it in store. On this page you will also be able to amend the delivery address if necessary.
Once you have done this you will be taken to the "Payment Information" page whereupon you will be asked to select your preferred method of payment. Once you have selected your preferred method of payment and submitted your details accordingly you will be taken to the "Order Confirmation page".
From here check your order details very carefully one last time and if you are happy to proceed, click on the "Confirm Order" button to finalise your order.
This is especially important if you are paying via the Paymate or PayPal Gateways as this is the final stage in the order process and is the part that links our shopping cart details with these external eCommerce facilities.
If you do not confirm your order, the items you selected will remain in your shopping cart and although we would receive notification that an order has been made, and paid for, we would not be able to see what exactly it is you bought without changing your password and logging in to your account.
