POSTAGE
At Moo-Lolly-Bar we despatch all orders via Australia Express or Registered Post (depending on the size or number of shipping boxes required), as we believe collectively it is the safest, most reliable and cost effective way of despatching confectionery items to customers in a warm weather country like Australia. It is also fully trackable.
Once we have despatched your order you will receive via email a consignment number that will allow you to track the progress of that order. You will be able to do that by telephoning 13 13 18 and quoting the number emailed to you.
CALCULATING THE COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
When placing an order our software automatically calculates the cost of postage based on your postcode and the total weight of your order, inclusive of the amount of packaging required. You will be advised of these costs before you are asked to submit your payment details and confirm your order.
If your order weighs less than 500 grams the total cost of postage via Australia Express or Registered Post would be approximately $10. If your order weighs between 501 grams and 3kg the postage cost of your order will be approximately $15.
Orders weighing in excess of 5kg will be despatched via Australia Registered Post, unless you specifically request otherwise in which case an additional postage charge in addition to the one quoted on the shopping cart will be applicable.
To make your order cost effective we suggest you purchase products to the value of at least $25.
PACKAGING
To do our bit for the environment it is Moo-Lolly-Bar?s policy to recycle the boxes we receive from our suppliers. Subsequently the branding on the outside of the box might not accurately reflect the contents within the box.
In line with this policy Moo-Lolly-Bar attempts to use as little packaging as possible. Therefore multiple orders of any given product, where possible, will be packaged in larger sized denominations unless you specifically request otherwise via email or through the ?Comments? field at the time of your order.
DESPATCH SCHEDULE
At Moo-Lolly-Bar we try to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However as a general rule we do not despatch orders to addresses outside of Queensland on a Thursday or Friday. This is because your parcel may be exposed to heat or wet damage if it is left in a delivery van or freight warehouse for the duration of a very warm or particularly rainy weekend.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Typically items sent via Australia Express Post will take between 1-2 working days to reach you depending on exactly where you live. As Australia Express Post guarantees next day delivery to the CBD of every state capital in Australia basically the closer you live to your state capital the greater your chances of receiving the order one day after despatch.
Typically items sent via Australia Registered Post will take between 2-3 days to reach you.
In the event of you not being home at the time of delivery your order will either be placed on your doorstep or dropped off at your closest post office, at the discretion of the Australia Post representative who is delivering it. When placing your order and advising of your delivery address it might be an idea to have it sent to your place of work or to an address where you can guarantee someone will be in to collect it.
RETURNS POLICY
We will provide an exchange or refund if we are satisfied that the products you received are not the ones you ordered. To make a claim, please email us in the first instance, no longer than 72 hours after receiving your goods. You will need to return the products to us so we can fully consider your refund. In such cases, return postage costs will be refunded to you if the goods you received are found to be incorrect. Due to the policy outlined in the Despatch Schedule and our unwavering commitment to never knowingly sending customers damaged or out of date products, we will not consider refund claims for damaged goods by any customer who did not request the Australia Express or Registered Post option.
BULK ORDERS
As a general rule Moo-Lolly-Bar does not keep large amounts of any given product in store. In the event of you ordering a sizeable amount of any product it may be the case that we would need to order it in especially for you. Should this be the case, it may take upwards of 2-4 weeks for this product to arrive in store. Therefore if your order is of an urgent nature we strongly suggest you contact us first to request availability advice prior to placing it.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Out of Stock items are generally restocked within a couple of weeks. However as many of our products are imported from overseas, delays from suppliers or at customs can sometimes mean we have to wait to receive them. In such circumstances your patience is very much appreciated. If your order is of an urgent nature we strongly suggest you contact us first to request availability advice prior to placing it.
