GRIEVANCES PROCEDURES

At Moo-Lolly-Bar we take grievances very seriously. Any grievances are an opportunity to enhance our service. If we receive a written complaint from a customer, we will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days, and deal with it in a professional, honest and efficient manner. If such a complaint arrives when we are on holiday we will acknowledge it immediately on our return to the shop. When managing your complaint we shall make every effort to advise you of the timescale in dealing with your complaint and shall be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
