On the 1st April 2007 we received our first online customer order. On the 1st May 2011 we despatched our 800th (unique) customer’s order. 8. We do not impose minimum order restrictions.

 

Unlike some of our competitors who insist on a minimum order value of $20 or more we do not impose such a restriction. That said, given our postage policy (see Reason 11), we do recommend you order at least $25 worth of products to make your order more cost effective.

 

 

9. We provide you with lots of product information.

 

Unlike most of our competitors we provide you with plenty of information, including ingredients, weight and manufacturing details, for every product we have available. This information can be found on each individual product page which can be easily accessed by clicking on the relevant name link.

 

 

10. We accept a number of different payment options.

 

To make the process of paying for your order easier for you, we accept a number of different forms of payment. Our preferred method is credit card which is processed via the Paymate Gateway. However if you do not feel comfortable about submitting your credit card details online you can choose to organise an electronic bank transfer (EFT) from your bank account to ours. Alternatively you might be more agreeable to sending us a cheque or money order, or if you are in close proximity to a Bank of Queensland you might prefer to deposit the money directly into our bank account.

 

Please note if you chose to pay by EFT, cheque, money order or direct deposit we will not despatch your order until payment has been received and successfully cleared.

           

           

11. We use Australia Express or Registered Post

 

At Moo-Lolly-Bar we despatch all orders via Australia Express or Registered Post as we believe collectively it is the safest, most reliable and cost effective way of despatching confectionery items to our customers in Australia. It is also fully trackable, meaning that at any time of the night and day you can phone 13 13 18 and discover the exact status of your order.

 

If you would like to place an order with Moo-Lolly-Bar the cost of doing so will be $10 if your order weighs less than 500 grams or $15 if your order weighs between 500 grams and 3kg. Depending on where exactly you live in Australia you will receive your order within 1-3 days of us despatching it to you.

 

We understand that postage via Regular Australia Post is cheaper and if you would prefer us to use this method we will accommodate this request. However if you would like us to despatch the order to you via Regular Australia Post, as we would have no way of tracking it, we will accept no responsibility if the order is not delivered or if it is delivered in an unsatisfactory state.

 

If you have a preferred courier that you use or would rather organise your own postage you are more than welcome to do so. But please let us know.

 

 

12. We can despatch orders to any address in Australia, as well as any Australian territory across the world.

 

As we use Australia Express/Registered Post as our preferred method of despatching orders it means we can send your order to any business, residential or PO Box address in Australia. It also means that we can send the order to any Australian territory in the world. So if you live in the Marshall Islands, or have a relatively who currently resides on Christmas Island you and they need not miss out. 

 

 

13. You can arrange for your order to be sent to a completely different address than your own.

 

If you are going on holiday and wanting to treat yourself whilst away, or are purchasing a gift for someone who does not live with you, you can instruct us, at no extra cost, to despatch your order to a completely different address to the one in which you live.

 

 

14. We offer Free Postage and Free Delivery incentives to our customers.

 

As far as we are aware none of our competitors reward their customers with Free Postage or Free Delivery incentives. But at Moo-Lolly-Bar, we do.

 

So long as you order over $100 of products we will despatch your order to you free of charge. Likewise if you live between postcodes 4557 and 4560 we will deliver it to your doorstep, whether it be work or home, absolutely free of charge!

 

 

15. You’ll love how we package orders.

 

But we aren’t going to tell you why! Instead we will keep it as a lovely surprise for you, for when you receive your order.

 

 

16. We keep you in the loop.

 

At Moo-Lolly-Bar we believe good communication with our customers is absolutely crucial. Therefore as soon as you place an order with us we will keep you in the loop, (predominantly via email but occasionally by phone), throughout the entire process of us despatching the order to you. Where possible we will always provide you with timelines for delivery, so at any given moment you will be aware of the status of your order.

As far as we are aware none of our competitors do this, but every time you place an online order with Moo-Lolly-Bar we will throw in some taster samples of other products we offer.
