How long has Moo-Lolly-Bar been in business?
Moo-Lolly-Bar has been in business since 2006. Our ABN is 14 611 087 798.
Do you have an actual physical shop?
No, Moo-Lolly-Bar is a completely online business that is based in Queensland, on the Sunshine Coast. As we have none of the overheads associated with a physical store we are however able to offer our products at more competitive prices than other specialist retailers that trade out of a shop.
I live outside of Queensland. Can I still place an order?
Yes you can. We dispatch orders to any residential, business or PO Box address in Australia. Infact even though we are based on the Sunshine Coast we dispatch more orders to New South Wales and Victoria than we do to Queensland addresses!
Is there a minimum order?
No there is not a minimum order. Although to make your order cost effective when taking into account the cost of postage we suggest you place an order of at least $20.
Is your shopping cart safe to use?
Yes absolutely!
Our shopping cart uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that all information passing between your computer and the Moo-Lolly-Bar web site is encrypted and therefore in the extremely unlikely event of interception, nothing can be deciphered by a third party.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
If we have the product you ordered in stock it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of us receiving payment of the order, via Australia Express or Registered Post, depending on the size of your order. Depending on where exactly you live in Australia, Express Post orders should arrive at your address within 1-2 working days of Moo-Lolly-Bar dispatching the order to you. Orders dispatched via Registered Post typically take between 2-5 working days. Regardless of the method of dispatch you will receive via email a consignment number that will allow you to track the progress of your order either by telephoning 13 13 18 or on the official Australia Post website.
How much will the cost of postage be for my order?
We dispatch all orders via Australia Express or Registered Post as we believe collectively it is the safest, most reliable and cost effective way of dispatching confectionery items to customers in a warm weather country like Australia. It is also fully trackable.
If you would like to place an order the cost of doing so will be $10 if your order weighs less than 500 grams, $15 if your order weighs between 501 grams and 3kg and $20 if you order weighs between 3kg and 5kg.
Your order will be dispatched for free however if you spend more than $100 on any of Moo-Lolly-Bar's confectionery products.
How can I pay for my order?
Our shopping cart directly accepts credit card and PayPal payments. In addition we also accept Internet Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders. Regardless of your preferred method, your order will not be dispatched until we have received your payment.
Do you dispatch orders overseas?
No. Unfortunately at present we are unable to dispatch orders outside of Australia as we simply have not found a method that allows us to do so in a cost effective and secure manner which would also ensure our products don't damage.
