Moo-Lolly-Bar is the brain child of Catherine and Spencer Samaroo, a married Sunshine Coast couple who left their respective careers in teaching and marketing to pursue their dream of being surrounding by their favourite chocolates and lollies all day. That dream became a reality on the 10 th May 2006 when they officially purchased Lou Lou's Lollie Shop.

An existing business that had been in operation for over 4 years Lou Lou's Lollie Shop specialised primarily in selling locally made chocolates and lollies. However Cath and Spencer possessed a different vision. Their time living in England and their travels through America and Europe exposed them to a wide range of taste sensations. Hershey Bars, Thornton's, Belgian Chocolates, the attraction was instant and left an indelible mark of fondness on their memories. Realizing that these products were not widely available in Queensland they set about establishing a business that, while continuing to showcase the delights of locally made chocolates and lollies also afforded customers the choice of their favourite international brands as well.

By constantly impressing people with its extensive choice of quality products and excellent customer service Moo-Lolly-Bar is forging a reputation as a fun, cool and pleasurable place to shop. Indeed it is not uncommon for people from as far a field as Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Gympie to drive to Mooloolaba just to pop in and stock up on their favourite chocolates and lollies.
